Shipping Policy

At Simandhar Herbal Pvt Ltd. we believe in making your online experience easy, enjoyable and fortunate. To achieve this we have come up with shipping and payment policies:

 

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges would be applicable.

 

ShippingThe orders are shipped via leading shipping partners and will be delivered between 4-7 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for remote locations.

 

Order
The orders can be placed from the website by filling your personal details. Once the details are provided you can confirm your order by choosing the payment option (COD/ Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit). You will receive an e-mail + SMS confirming each order with us. Please check your e-mail inbox and junk folder and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.

 

Order Tracking
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The shipment confirmation e-mail will contain all shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

 

Goods Return

We at Simandhar Herbal Pvt Ltd. are committed to our valued customers & have designed a fair as well as transparent return policy.

  1. Please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. Kindly e-mail us at info@simandharherbal.com with relevant details such as invoice number. We would take 7 working days to review your return request & reply to the same.
  2. You would need you to send the product, at your expense, via any reliable courier or postal services to the address provided below. The product should reach us within 15 days of dispatch.
  3. After the product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund if the claim meets our policy. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

 

Circumstances under which returns/replacements would be considered.

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

 

Circumstances under which returns/replacements would NOT be considered.

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 3 days from the date of delivery
  • The product is physically received by us after 15 days of despatch.

Refunds

We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation.

However, it may take 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited / reflected in your bank or credit card account statement as this involves inter-bank refund procedures which may take time. If the problem occurs in the refund via payment gateways, our customer care team will contact you to share NEFT/ RTGS details in order to transfer money.

 

Cancellation

Simandhar Herbal Pvt Ltd. functions in such a way that its customers would never have the need to return or cancel their order. However in certain rare cases, we are always here to help.

 

Our first step in helping out our customers in such circumstances is formulating our cancellation and refund policies:

 

Precious 24 hours: These 24 hours are precious to take your decision regarding the product. If you wish to cancel your order, you can e-mail us on info@simandharherbal.com with your order details within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Damaged products when received: We ensure sturdy and quality packaging for all our orders, however any loss or damage due to transit would be taken care of. Staying true to our promise, we would be happy to replace and refund you for the same. We request you to send images/ video of damaged products to avoid such mistakes in the future. You can email us on info@simandharherbal.com with your order details and we will take action.

 

Received wrong product: We trust our fulfilment process and make sure the right product reaches the right person. In the event of a wrong order received, we will make sure to ship the right order in 7-14 days’ time.
